CoConnect provides NDIS Support Coordination, Plan Management and Recovery Coaching to participants across the Colac Otway, Geelong, Bellarine and Surf Coast regions.

We pride ourselves on being one of the only NDIS registered, independent, not-for-profit organisations servicing NDIS participants in the Colac Otway catchment.

CoConnect has been operating since 2014 during the rollout of the NDIS. In this time, we have developed a strong understanding of the NDIS and have successfully navigated the many complexities our clients can experience. Our team is dedicated to providing participants with a service that is genuine, committed and individualised.
